11 Reasons why women don’t like nice guys
Asshole guys seem to always get the girl and nice guys think that they’re not going to be successful at dating. This is true to a certain point and there are many reasons why women don’t like nice guys.
1) They’re insecure
If a woman is insecure then she might be swayed into going out with a guy because he was strong and confident when asking her out. She won’t feel like he’s the kind of man she can say “No.” to and is willing to give dating a try in order to avoid causing a scene.
2) They want to be protected
Nice guys seem weak and women want a big, strong man who can protect them. Bad boys have attitude and women see this as being able to take care of things even though nice guys are just as capable.
3) Confidence is sexy
Confidence is sexy and nice guys either don’t have it or it gets hidden by their quiet, laid-back nature. If nice guys want to get women’s attention then they need to show their self-esteem and stop acting shy.
4) They want hot sex
Bad boys seem experienced and like the type who are into rough, dirty sex which is what all women fantasize about. These guys fit their dreams and women want to make them a reality so will go out with them.
5) They want to see the dark side
Nice guys seem too good to be true and women think they must be hiding something so they don’t trust them as much as they trust bad boys. With bad boys they can see the roughness that most people try to hide and this makes them seem more upfront and honest.
6) They have a desire to fix people
Women are nurturing and have a desire to fix people. Nice guys seem okay so they seek out guys who have behavioural issues because it feeds into their need to nurture. They don’t love the bad boys, they want to help them.
7) They like mystery
Bad boys are mysterious and this intrigues women, it gets their imaginations racing with all sorts of fantasies. They want to spend time with them and get to know them better so they’re the ones women date.
8) Nice guys are easy to get
Women know that nice guys are overlooked which means they’re easy to get but they want rare treasures. They go after the bad boys because they’re different and harder to get.
9) Asshole guys are exciting
Women get a rush from dating asshole guys and see it as an adventure because they don’t know what to expect.
10) They want a change
Women might want a change if they usually date nice guys so will focus on bad boys while acting impersonal to everyone else. Nice guys feel like they’re not good enough when really she’d date them if they met at another time in her life.
11) Nice guys seem too gentle
Nice guys can come across as being too gentle and easily manipulated which aren’t attractive traits. Women want men who can stand up for themselves and who aren’t afraid to take risks because these are manly traits.
