7 Simple changes to improve your online dating profile
One thing that happens after you’ve belonged to a couple of online dating sites for awhile is that you’ll notice a drop in interested people. That’s because your profile is getting old and no longer grabs people’s attention. You need to keep your profile fresh and exciting on hookup sites to keep the messages coming in.
1) Change your profile picture
People will scroll past a profile picture they’ve seen before so change yours to make your profile look new. It will grab their attention and they’ll take the time to check you out. Make sure it’s a well-lit picture because darker ones tend to be harder to notice and remember to smile so you look like a nice, friendly person they want to know.
2) Get rid of any naked pictures
Hookup sites are full of naked pictures and most people just ignore those profiles because they think the person is only focused on sex. Take some pictures of yourself fully clothed but also looking attractive. This means avoiding anything baggy or old looking. It’s easy to change your headline and can be another way to make your profile seem new. Take a look at the profiles of other users and see what kinds of things they say. When you find one that sounds like you see if you can adapt it to fit your profile. Don’t repeat what they say, just use a similar style and make it personal to your situation.

It’s best to only have pictures uploaded of you instead of you with other people because it can be hard for users to know which person is you. Female friends might be mistaken for your ex and male friends might be mistaken for you.
